A Mardi Gras Jester outfit. Top is black, crushed velvet with gold trim. Sleeves are a poof style in black chiffon, adorned with a mardi gras colored diamond pattern. The top is laced together with green cord connecting the pink panels on each side. The skirt is black satin with gold trim and elastic band waist. From the waistband hang black chiffon petals with the same diamond pattern.
